We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Full time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist
• Part time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

The current shifts we are looking to fill are 8-10 hour shifts, you will need to be able to work Friday and/or Saturday.

Duties

• Greet clients and patients
• Scheduling appointments for clients
• Dispensing patient medication and invoicing out clients
• Assisting the doctors and technicians as requested with procedures
• Assist in the well-being of hospitalized patients

Qualifications/Skills

• Typing skills, some computer knowledge required
• Must have VOA certificate from a recognized program New grads welcome
• Customer service background preferred
